Well I like all kinds of old music, but my personal preference is 60s rock and 70s rock really... classic Beatles, Kinks, the who, the doors.. etc... then ACDC and all the heavier kind of stuff, but also like 80s stuff a lot! Duran Duran, Human League, Culture Club, Spandau Ballet etc. I know exactly what you mean about artists who make a certain kind of music before everyone else, like seeing into the future, but which artists in particular were you thinking of? Who are your favourites?
