Aside rom how bad a prediction this turned out to be, it's a very strange way of saying it. 'They will be in the 2nd Division in 10 months'. Why not say, I think they might go down or they will struggle to stay up.

Unless it was a very specific prediction that Norwich would finish 9 points above...

If you plug the values in you get the angle in Radians. 360 degrees is the equivalent of 2*Pi (6.3) Radians; so multiply 0.11 by 360/6.3 and you get, well about 6 degrees but close enough I think.
