My Gosh, how I wish I'd been there - a truly seminal moment in the torrent of blues that washed over Europe in the sixties - saw Mr Waters and others many times in London, Brighton etc., but this has a real groundbreaking atmosphere about it.

Can someone post the names/instruments of the band please?

Was a kid in Devon in the 50s and we little'uns would get taken on the back of the big lads' bikes accross the moors to Torquay or Plymouth, or to Exeter to the speedway - no helmets, no sodding 'elf & safety, just speed and good mates - your post reminded me so much of those days - ...

Thank you so much for potsing the whole opera. I was lucky enough to see this production at The Coliseum and have searched for it on DVD so it is a great treat to have it now in digital form.

@eckathecornet This is a Pom responding - although I understand your point of view I would say that these postings do allow old fans who have lost their vinyl to re-discover much-loved tracks, and of course give new listeners a chance to hear them for the first time.
