Dorian Yates says only use hooks when you're grip gives out before your back does... here's a perfect example... with hooks you could prolly do more, nice lift.

Good shit right there at 1:06 with the supinated and pronated grips... that helped bring that up a lot I'm sure... All the guys who had trouble, is prolly just cuz of the grip situation cuz their bodies look like they can handle all those plates.
