Sorry, but the publishers made me take down the Niskayuna High School chorus performances of "O' Fortuna" and "Ease on down the Road". Seems to me it was fair use--it was serving mainly to help students (including Joel) share their experiences and learn from the feedback of others. I think Youtube should be defending their use, but since they are not, I've taken down the rest of the Niskayuna High School performances and the Debut Theatre production of "A Chorus Line" (which I shot for them, and which is also an educational institution.).
Unfortunately, it seems that the future of personal video sharing is going to be rather dim if that continues. I also see a trend where YouTube is going to be little more than the equivalent of network or cable TV rather than a new and educational media.
