Violinist and recording artist Nate Robinson, is a former pupil of famed violinist Erick Friedman, himself a protégé of the legendary Jascha Heifetz (who is considered by many musical experts to be the greatest classical concert violinist in history) and renowned violinist Sidney Harth, who was a former Concertmaster of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, New York Philharmonic, and Los Angeles Philharmonic). Through their influence, Nate Robinson carries on this unique and iconic, grand virtuoso tradition in his own violin performances. Nate Robinson is in much demand as a soloist with orchestras, as a recitalist, and as a recording artist. He has appeared in performance at such venues as New York City's Carnegie Hall and Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center. He can be heard on many of today's premiere Hollywood motion picture soundtracks for Paramount Pictures, Disney, and New Line Cinema to name a few. In 2010 and 2011, Nate collaborated in performances with rock singer Sting for his 2010-2011 tour with the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra. In 2010, Nate Robinson was also a featured on screen violinist in the movie 'Sex and The City 2'.
