About this user
With a background in development and new construction, I quickly learned that the best investment one could make is one in real estate. Whether purchasing your primary residence and receiving wonderful tax write offs, buying that small condo and watching it appreciate, building on a vacant lot, or investing in a multi-family and receiving passive income every month. One should look forward to significant returns over the years. The key to this is knowing the best investment for you, and a little knowledge is a dangerous thing.
I moved to Burlington in 1998 with a passion for real estate. After graduating from the University of Vermont with a degree in Community Development and Applied Economics and a concentration in Small Business, I took an internship with Pomerleau Real Estate which lead me to Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty, the #1 Real Estate Company in the area Hickok and Boardman.
When I'm not working, you can find me renovating my 1895 Burlington Arts & Crafts home, snowboarding, running, training for upcoming marathons, spending time with Zermatt, my Greatest Swiss Mountain Dog, or doing what I love most, playing golf.
