That said. Why can't democrats do the same thing and push Single Payer Health Care through. The handful of right wing extremists at the town hall meetings are nothing compared to the millions who marched against preemptively bombing a country who had done nothing to us.

All they need to do is expand Medicare to people under 65. Allow all Americans to purchase the relatively cheap health insurance.
Simply eliminating the for profit insurance industries strangle hold on the American health care system would pay for it.
