Watch Paul's "Intense Rock I" video, he explains this riff pretty well. It's the same principle, you need to keep the accents and when you slide up from 15 17 19 to 17 19 20 picking kind of 'reverses' and you start with a downstroke (so your pick is 'trapped' between the strings as you descend).

If you want to practice just the sliding part, you can start the lick on the b string and go with 15 17 19, switch to e string and do the same, slide up, descend, slide down and just loop it like that.

It might help you if you think of the whole thing as if it were 2 different licks. First you go up 6 notes, and then you enter the 2nd lick where keep going down. Hope this helps mate. Cheers.

For the ascending parts it was important to me to remember about accents. I'd always play the first note harder so my brain remembered how to start the lick, and then I'd play the 4th note harder so I knew when I change the strings. This really helped me in developing all ascending licks I play (especially the 3 note per string over 6 strings lick).
