I got them powder coated. Many years ago it was alot cheaper than it is now. On my current ranger I have 15" Ion alloy 628 in black. Its a direct fit wheel for the tires no spacers needed.

Not sure How much a used or reman engine is, But we spent about $700 the rebuild this one with parts and sent the heads away to be refinished. hope that helps. if you find a reman engine for cheaper than that and you have an engine hoist and a couple friends to help than go that route.
