I am 121 cb with 2153 total level, I currently have 11 capes, 10 99s and a quest cape. The only summoning i have is from the spirit quest requirments and rewards I do not intend to get anymore summoning levels as i wish to keep my lowish cb level. Untill after 200m def :)
