Thanks for the information. It is interesting to see what it is going on and the consequences on the regular home owner.
What you say about banks not being able to default without the note is true and it's creating a lot of problems for banks and gives the home owner the chance to stay in the home longer

Go to any city and look at the foreclosures. Did you know that 39% of subprime loans are in default. Ameriquest was just one of hundreds of lenders playing in the subprime game.

Thanks for taking the lead on exposing Ameriquest. I could only hope that my video My American Nightmare could gain as many views as your videos accumulated to give Ameriquest the black eye it deserves. Actually, the loanshark deserves more than just a black eye and the $325 million settlement that the attorneys general of about 37 states made to end their fraud investigation into Ameriquest practices is a slap in the face to the victims who deserve much much more.
