It's REMO (Remo Thomas Lang Practice Kits). You can look the DW too (Dw practice drum - go anywhere). I think with the REMO you can add or remove layers from the pads to change the amount of rebound. Both REMO and DW seem great.

@allalongwatchtower You're absolutely right, It's a shame. I think that Back To Basic was more into that direction and it was superb. Bionic is to me like a step back... I would have prefer to see her continuing with that soul, r&b and classic song than electronic and hip hop...
