"A) A creator made everything (this can raises the question of, "Who created the creator?")" This is answered when you consider that this creator would be divine and thus not subject to time nor the law` of cause and effect. Therefore it is uncaused.
"B)(if a creator has always been present, it is equally possible for everything in existence to always have existed)." No it isnt, The creator is divine by it's own nature, The creation is NOT divine and is subject to time cause and effect. Also a universal creator would be a God. Why do you speak as if there is a distinct difference between a being that is God and a being that is the creator of all of creation? The creator would qualify as a God.
