Hey everyone! Welcome to my YouTube channel and thanks for visiting! Well, My name is Courtney and I'm just a hard-working girl who is tired of her jiggly body. My entire life I have envied the skinny girls who seem to "float" down the hallways; In high school they were all I aspired to be. Now, as a full-time college student and part-time barrista, I realize that if I ever plan on being thin, I'm going to have to take matters into my own hands!

My own laziness was holding me back from weight-loss success, and now that I have conquered my "laziness monster" my aspirations are ENDLESS!!

My weight-loos goal is to lose 85lbs in 17 weeks.....

"BUT HOW IN THE HELL DO YOU PLAN ON LOSING SO MUCH WEIGHT SO FAST"?

...Well, I am currently in the midst of my own "17-WEEK WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY". By working out twice a day (morning and evening) for 1 hour each (a total of 2-hours daily), pure cardio, and maintaining a 900 calorie diet, I have been able to burn my first 6 pounds in a mere 7 days. I just finished Week-1 and am pumped to begin Week-2 tomorrow.

At the beginning of my 17-week challenge, I weighed in at 217lbs. Now, at 1-week into the challenge, I weigh in at 211lbs (6lbs in 7 days). My Current Goal Weight is 145lbs by December 21, 2010. My Ulitimate Goal Weight is 115lbs by March, 1 2011.

Every week I will be giving full-body videos in which I will show the world my newly-forming body! However, every-other-day I will post updates, tips, recipes and advice on everything from weight loss to relationships to Forever21 to HM.

Really, what I am hoping to get out of all of this is both a HOTTER BODY and to help other girls out there who are in the same position as myself: In the process of losing weight but would like a buddy to do it with. So, please POST RESPONSE VIDS, LEAVE COMMENTS, RATE, AND RESPOND!!!!!!!!
