@ydoihaveaname You have to find teh shrine of boethiah then talk to the people there and they will tell you to lead a companion of yours to the shrine and kill them then boethiah will talk to you and tell you to go to knifepoint. Then you will find the guy there and kill him and get the armor.

@rileyrulz123 you can find them at just about any gas station, Most Sheetz has them and i am sure if you are a big fan you could order them online and get like ridiculous size packs for cheap
