My Arctic Freezer Pro 7 got my E5300 to 30 oC idle and 63 oC load with prime 95 at a stable overclock of 3.93GHz. Would be intresting to see what the temps will be like when I get my 2500k and overclock it though.

@BigThangsPoppinMayne Just apply a thin layer of thermal paste so that it contacts all of the parts of the heatsink so that heat can be taken. Remember for it not to be to much otherwise it could cause heat issues if the heat isn't spreading to much.
