Bei Song Wushu 武术练习

The practice of martial arts requires dedication and patience. "diligence will make up shortcoming"
(Qin Neng Bu Zuo) 勤能补柮 as the saying goes.

The videos are practice sets that I compiled over the years. I modified them to focus on a practice theme. Some moves may not be perfect or as stringent. However, the basic ideas would be apparent.

Please consult your teacher for actual practice. Do not use them as learning tools.
