I wish the Monarchy no ill will as people, I just believe in the abolition of the institution. Its a vestige of privilege and 19th century hierarchical morality that really has no place in the modern world. Tax exemptions should go to the poor, not the filthy rich theocracy.

This is public money, being thrown at a private project, and incurring very real business risk on revenue streams it cannot assure. If the project fails to generate the revenue forecast, the taxpayer is on the hook.
