About Richard Souther:
I've been writing music all my life but recording solo projects since 1985. I've been fortunate enough to have had some of my work used by Daimler Mercedes-Benz in a European commercial, CBS 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano for a segment on Buddhist monks, PBS's Spanish version of Sesame Street continues to this day to use a song from my first album. I have song in the HBO film;Iron Jawed Angels which played at the 2004 Sundance Film Festival. Some music in the NBC Dateline, Secrets behind 'The Da Vinci Code' segment. The project I'm most proud of is a independent documentary film I scored on the life of Blade Runner/Tron artist, Syd Mead.
