chords would be A minor 7/6 to D sus dominant/regular dom, then the next set is F major 7th (lydian) to c maj 7 (ionian) then the turnaround is just a minor 2-5, B half dim to E7th or some sub. i hope that helped someone. A bunch of good common practice progressions in a nice little package
