【Ingredients (4 serving)】 300g skinless chicken breast 1/4 onion 1/2 egg, beaten 1 tbsp flour 1 tbsp potato starch 1 tbsp parmesan cheese 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper oil for frying
【Barbecue sauce】 4 tbsp tomato ketchup 1 tsp mustard 1 tsp lemon juice
【作り方(レシピ)】 1、玉ねぎをすりおろす。 2、鶏肉を2cm角に切る。 3、肉の1/2量をチョッパーに入れる。 4、ブレンダーのパルスで粗めのミンチにする。 5、その後、残りの肉と、材料すべて(玉ねぎ、溶き卵、小麦粉、片栗粉、パルメザンチーズ、ガーリックパウダー、塩、胡椒)を加える。 6、食感を残すため、パルスで粒感が残る程度まで挽く。 7、ボウルに移し、4等分の目安をつけておくと作業がしやすい。 8、さらに4等分して16個の肉団子を作り、油を塗ったバットに置く。 9、手に油か水をつけ、小判型に形を整える。 10、フォークで軽く押して筋目をつける。 11、油を鍋に入れる。 12、170度に温めておいた揚げ油に、静かに入れる。 13、浮き上がって焼き色がついたらひっくり返す。 14、もう片面にも色が付くまで揚げる。目安は片面90秒ずつ。 15、金網を敷いたバットに取り出し、油を切る。 16、【バーベキューソース】 ケチャップ、粒マスタード、レモン汁をボウルに入れて混ぜる。 17、皿に盛り付け、バーベキューソースを添える。

Place meatballs on an oiled tray. 9、Put a little bit of water on your palm and shape mince ball into disc-shaped nugget. 10、Gently press down on it with a fork to form nugget shape. 11、Put oil into a flying pan. 12、Heat oil to 170℃ (340°F) and gently place nuggets into oil. 13、Turn when they are golden brown on one side. 14、Fry until they are golden brown on the other side. About 90 seconds each side. 15、Remove nuggets from oil and drain on wire rack. 16、【BBQ sauce】 In a small bowl, mix ketchup, mustard and lemon juice. 17、Serve with barbecue sauce.

Some of us get hungry for ramen at mid night. Ramen usually has a lot of calories so it's not good to eat before we go to bed .I don't really eat ramen myself in my life. But my cousin has very famous ramen shop in my home town. I used to go there sometimes. And I always though ramen makes me fat LOL This recipe is about 280kcal (Including everything I used). You can change the topping to cut down more calories.
Ingredients for super easy ramen soup : 320ml Chinese chicken stock : 1 tbsp soy sauce : ~ 1/2 tsp sesame oil (Just a little bit) : Garlic & Ginger (Grated)

Ingredients (for 4 servings):
1 kg chicken (2.2 pounds), cut into pieces 6 cloves garlic, crushed ¼ ts ground white pepper ½ cup white or cane vinegar 2 pieces of bay leaves 1 tbs vegetable oil 2 cups coconut milk 1 cup coconut cream 1 ts salt 1 ts fish sauce 2-5 green finger chilies
Directions: (cooking time: 1 hour)
In a mixing bowl, create the marinade by combining the crushed garlic, ground white pepper, vinegar and bay leaves.
Add the chicken to the marinade and let it sit for about 30 minutes.
Heat up a pan and add the vegetable oil. Add the chicken pieces and saute until they're brown on all sides. Save the marinade for later.
Add the coconut milk and the marinade to the pan, and cook for 20 minutes over medium heat until the liquid thickens.
Remove excess fat from the pan with a spoon.
Add the coconut cream and green chilies and cook over low heat for another 5-10 minutes until a creamy sauce is formed.
Add salt and fish sauce. Serve hot with rice.
