This interview, initiated by Rett Bartlett (Dial M for Movies Twitter: @dialmformovies Melbourne Australia) was conducted early December 2011 with FamilyVoice representative Mrs. Roslyn Phillips - Research Officer with FamilyVoice Australia (formerly Festival of Light Australia) regarding the decsion by the Classification Review Board to reclassify the R18+ film "Human Centipede 2" Refused Classification, thus making it illegal to possess in some states of Australia and effectively banning it's sale or exhibition in those States of Australia where it is illegal to sell or exhibit films classified "Refused Classification".

This is the speech following the presenation by Elena Jeffreys of the Scarlet Alliance.
Andrew is a former Police Detective Sergeant specialising in child protection and the adult industry and a former Chief Investigator at NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) and stood for election to the NSW Parliament in the March 2011 elections in the seat of Sydney.
