Noam Libler born 1967 in Israel.
Noam began his musical education with Ephraaim Marcus.and continued his studies wit Shlomo Tidhar at the Rubin Academy Of Music in Tel-Aviv University.
Noam also studied improvisation with Peter Werthaimer.
Noam performs regularly as a solist.
Teached 7 years, the art of Recorder playing, at the Conservatory of Ramat-Ha-Sharon,Israel.
