This is an old video.We all know that Desean Jachson is fast, so was Hershal Walker. Where is he. The players on this list carried the fastest man in the NFL titles for years. Hayes was not only the fastest man in the NFL. He was the fastest man on the planet.

you can ask for time. it can be granted when the play is dead. the ump makes the ball live or dead.
