The Aerosol Photochemistry Group is part of the Department of Chemistry at the University of California, Irvine. We do scientific research on chemical composition, photochemistry, and physical properties of atmospheric particulate matter using aerosol chamber techniques, cavity ring-down spectroscopy, chemical ionization mass spectrometry, ultrahigh-resolution mass spectrometry, chromatography, tandem differential mobility techniques, and other state-of-the-art techniques. In addition, we participate in the annual summer teacher workshop, where most of the videos posted on this channel come from.
