About Me:
Reminding myself every day to return to a place of sparseness and tranquility within my creative expressions through my music.
Influenced by so many things why list them. With No Origin but I draw inspiration and musical æsthetics of Ancient Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, korean and Mongolian music.
An untrained and non classical musician I am completely self taught and rely on my my creativity 280%, so if you notice I'm really intense during performance that's why, I get very focused and it is a lot of work to channel from trillions of sources of inspirations, and then have to compose a piece in the moment essentially from nothing. Sometimes it works out and other times it does not work out. Let it be.
Collaborations are my high I live to collaborate because through these I learn so much and have such a humbling opportunity to share in the creative process. Solo works allows me to tempt the fates and see what happens in the moment, completely at the mercy of the moment is where I find greatest comfort at the end of the tunnel.
