【日式梅香蒸小排】

材料 / 豬小排 600g、蒜末 1匙、蔥末 1匙、太白粉 2匙、梅子肉 8-10顆

調味料 / 醬油 1-1/2匙、酒 1匙、梅汁 2匙、白胡椒粉 少許、香油 1/2匙、白砂糖 1小匙

做法：

1、豬小排入醃料及所有材料醃60分鐘。

2、醃好的小排入鍋蒸約50-60分鐘【...

材料：砂糖、桂圓肉、小湯圓

做法：

1.桂圓肉先入鍋中煮到滾，再加入適量的糖，煮成桂圓風味的甜湯­。

2.另準備一鍋滾水，將小湯圓放入烹煮，略搖晃鍋子避免湯圓沾底­，續煮到湯圓浮起，再續煮到湯圓漲大。

3.把煮好的湯圓撈起來放入甜湯中即可。

桂圓可以增添湯頭的清甜，在冬天也有滋補...
