Bought server space, hand coded html, Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, etc.

Varies. I'm a rather busy person so it could take a few months to half a year since an episode is usually 25 minutes in length. If I didn't have a lot of stuff to do then probably 2 months straight of animation would be enough.

I use Premiere Pro to put each scene together. Flash has a 16,000 frame limit. For a full episode, averaging over 20 minutes, scenes often go past that limit. So a full episode is split into about 4 or 5 different fla files. I export each scene and then put them together in Premiere Pro and then render that full episode.
