@nico52015 but after 4 or 5 yars it appear a new definitively martial art and peoples say "oh the most effective....etc. etc" let pass 5 or 6 years and just few person still talking about KM because a new "most effective Martial art" will become.

i practice shoreikan kobudo and i'm only5th kyu. but i can say with no doubt that i'm more able than that sensei using bo . her postures are wakes and without ki. Too high shoulder posture and a lot of other mistakes.
