Hey guys. My name is Nick. I live Madison Wisconsin. Its really a beautiful city. A lot of inspiration for music and movies and photography which is what I am really into.I've played drums for about 6 years now. Started in High School. Self taught. I just recently picked up guitar about 8 months ago which is why I'm so bad.
I'd post videos of me playing drums etc except that they are loud and I live in an apartment. Frowned upon here. I dont understand why.
Anyways, I like youtube because you can post just about anything. I want to start using this page to get my bands name out there. So it all started with a ministry. C2K ministries led by the lead singer, Phil Schank. Phil is actively involved in C2K ministries as well as the band. Phil's friend and work partner, Andy Nitka came up with the idea to start a band. Enter Tim and Kris. At this point they had a lead singer/songwriter/guitarist, back up electric guitar, keys and a bass player. But something was missing. Drums. It was then by the grace of God that the Lord led Phil to Nick Welsh. Phil asked him to play the drums for a band the he started and the rest is history. We had a band. But there still seemed to be something missing. Phil came across a name; Emily Kiel a friend of an aquaintance. Emilys soulful voice added the desired effect the band was looking for. Now we have it. A band that the Lord has blessed immensely. Each time we play we grow closer together. Praise the Lord. We aspire to step out of the way of the Lord and let him do his thing.
