Beneath Darkness Lies is a scremo band from Pine Rivers Shire consisting of 4 members at the moment Baxter Bilsen, Ash Garthe, Rowan Bilsen and Nick Schubring. BDL was formed in february of 2007 when the new punk band Betray All Authority broke up. Rowan and Ash wanted to keep the music going so they went on the hunt for a drummer. Bax came along fast being Rowan's brother and pretty much stuck. Going form rythm to lead and adding vocals to the mix was a new experience for Rowan but held it to gether and kept going strong. Ash still on the bass but gaining experience with singing aswell. Bax being only 12 turned out to be a really good young drummer keeping the other boys in time and adding a catchy beat to the band and by gaining Nick we have tuned down to droped C and also has taken alot of stress off Rowan. BDL is now looking for heaps of shows so if you hear of anything just let us know. Cheers the boys from Beneath Darkness Lies.
