About this user

My passion for film making has taken me on a million adventures, some successful, and some Id rather forget. However, I walk away from every project I work on with a new skill gained and a firmer discipline of the competetive industry.
After leaving high school I studied Audio Visual Technology and Film and Television Studies, in Edinburgh. It is here is gained a Higher National Diploma (HND) and a Bachelor of Arts degree with honours (BA Hons) respectively.
Since leaving art school, I have continued making as many films as I can, taking both a directorial role in documentary and experimental style productions, as well as working on others productions as both sound recordist and sound designer / editor. I have also spent time working for an Australian television station, working on live-to-air broadcasts for the stations in house news and events team. My roles ranged from floor manager, sound mixer and technical assistant as well as some set building for external clients.
My showreel demonstrates a broad and consistent portfolio which has encompassed many different styles of film making, and exlores the many different jobs I have undertaken in different departments.
My passion lies in documentary and experimental pictures. In particular my love for music, and the live concert video. I have made a number of music videos for Scottish and Australian pop groups.
