@dalmaximus incorrect, its a dedicated F1 channel - on days before and after the race weekends they'll be showing historic races, races which included the V10s - so no they're not trying to sell the 2012 season but they're trying to sell the F1 HD channel.

@STR4N6ER apple have disabled it from all devices bar iPhone 4 / 4S as of now - iPad 2 included

@tappnthekeg beta 1 and beta 2 had location reminders enabled but for some reason Apple have only left location based reminders (geo-fencing) for the iPhone 4. no ipod touch, iphone 3gs nor iPad, iPad2 have it anymore.

So iPhone 3GS doesn't send GPS or AGPS data across.. bah! and yea i know its not accurate but what i was concerned bout was using it for apps that require your current location. i.e. facebook places for one - how does your iPod touch work with facebook places? ...

could someone please confrim 2 things.

1. does this work for other location based apps, facebook places - the camera, finding a restraunt app etc

2. are there any Jailbroken alternatives for this (hotspot for data AND gps) for the iPhone 3GS - as apple doesn't allow the new 4.2.1 features of...

@carlitosbrigante1469 you really have no clue what your on about do you? just above you replied saying "ONLY 3g enabled iPads have a-gps" and here your saying "ipads have their own gps built in" - u fail yourself. big time.

@jignaeri i didn't say wordpad - i said any other Microsoft office suite. read. Word is NOT wordpad

if you have Microsoft Office Word, Excel or Powerpoint - it is easy - but using online tools is not much harder
