Thanks for that and also congrats on your playing just 1 other question when you say you ran the pickup signal directly into the camera - do you mean you plugged a lead from the guitar into it? or a lead into an amplifier?

Sorry one other question as well - how would I integrate the mic with video for instance posting guitar video on youtube -the digital camera has its own little mic - which records sound and video in one, how would I isolate it? Am justing getting to grips with editing the track/wave files as well...
