@My9OO I think in order to identify the dark and light l, you only need to see whether it comes BEFORE or AFTER the VOWELS in THE SYLLABLE IT BELONGS TO. For example, in the word 'million' the l belongs to the 'lli' syllable and it appears before the vowel, so it is light.
