This isn't one of their best, but I notice the guitar riff sounds a bit like Sheryl Crow's My Favorite Mistake.

I like Nilsson's version better, he sustains a longer note on the "live" part of the "I can't live" line. Nothing against Badfinger, who wrote the song and did a fine version, but Nilsson had an amazing voice.
