Since 1988 we have established ourselves as the true specialists in new build in France. This has allowed us to acquire a good understanding of our clients requirements. Location is always a vital element. We have first hand experience of the regions we feature and apply strict property selection criteria to the projects we offer. And although we have over the years developed strong relationships with France's foremost developers we do not necessarily commercialise all the projects they offer us if we feel they are not suitable for our clientele.
