I am a self help author, consultant and tutor with qualifications in psychology, alternative health and writing. My healing journey began when I first sought assistance as a teenager for childhood trauma. I was so impressed with the difference that it made in my life that I wanted to help others in the same way. I am a member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (www.iict.com.au) and I used to write a column for InnerSelf entitled "Heal Thyself" in 2010-2011 (www.innerself.com.au).
