The purpose of this channel is to dialogue about new ways to grow our local Unitarian Universalist churches, experimental or proven. We have a problem in UUA! We are hemorraging membership (see the charts in the "problem" video). Old UU is great... for us! But, it isn't attracting new members. As a denomination we are in stagnation (see the charts in the "problem" video), with very few exceptions. A new UU is called for. What form will it take? What new ideas, ways, rituals, types of meetings will connect to kids, teens, young adults, families, gay/straight, people of color, etc.?
