I can respect ads and the need for them, but it really sucks when you've got a good melancholy mood going and they throw up some happy teeny bopper song --- just kinda kills the moment. Hard to stay depressed! LOL

Anne Rice is one of my main role models, too, and I believe I'm demonstrating that fact by watching these videos at 1 a.m. --- for writing inspiration. It's funny listening to her describe doing exactly what I am doing now!

Can't stay away from this song. The intelligent use of irony and symbolism are impressive, and the words and melancholy sound really take me to a place I think we all have (unfortunately) been. Not to mention David Nail's voice rolls through it like water. So smooth.

This song is good, but you have to admit the Stories version has ALL the character. The song was mediocre until they got hold of it. Now it's a classic that everyone can recognize. Original is not always best.

To the people commenting that he was forced to do this and is sabotaging it: Ben Stiller is a deadpan comedic actor. This part is no different.
