Ok I've read so many of these against Epi, and so many that basically say if you have one (or pain relief) you are somehow not having a baby "correctly", or are somehow less of a woman or mother.

For me epi lowered my risk from a *longer* labor, my labor went faster, I know I enjoyed it much more...
