Did you know that 600 scientists from around the world submit around 300k papers that contain research they have done on climate to the IPCC? There are 600 more scientists/experts that only review the studies where they have expertise in, they don't review all of the 300k papers. Then 300 or so diplomats (politicians) from 113 countries edit the information and vote on the report, so the report isn't even voted on by the scientists that gathered the data. This would explain the reason why several of the initial 600 scientists have issue with the report and the so called "consensus".
