@blakespeare I saw an absolutely phenominal production of this at a local repertory theatre company and they used almost no sets. They simply had chairs and a few other things; no piano, no car, all pantomime. It was amazing. Not saying you shouldn't have a budget for costumes or anything but ...

@runningtings101 I know what you mean but, in a way, I'm glad it wasn't. It's just so sweet and simple. Billy himself believes it to be his greatest and least appreciated piece of work. It's so simply elegant and beautiful.
