About this user
Whether you were first exposed to him on The Steve Harvey Morning Show, BETs Comic View, or at one of his many sold-out comedy gigs, by now you know that Nephew Tommy can stand and deliver. Born Thomas W. Miles II, the Houston native dedicated himself to performance at an early age and became the first African-American to graduate Texas A&Ms Theatre Arts program. That experience led him to opportunities both on stage and screen, first appearing in Londons Shakespeare Royal Theatre Company, and later in a variety of successful films and network television programs.
His talent as a comedian landed him an appearance on Showtime at the Apollo. Soon after Tommy was selected as the sole opening act for Luther Vandross, on a nation tour. Nephew Tommy can be regularly heard on the nationally syndicated Steve Harvey Morning Show. In addition to his part on that radio program, Tommy continues to make time for roles in television, in film, as well as his signature stand-up routine.
