Not a bug, the least portals challenge depends on this, you put one portal there, another portal to send the ball towards the doors you open with buttons then proceed to use the cube to reflects the energy balls to complete the other two objectives and use the first two portals to get back up top...

@UltimatePilot1 He had to slice the plastic at the opening, it seems to me like the concrete fabric is connected to the plastic so when the plastic is inflated it pulls the fabric up. Opening before it's ready would deflate the plastic and if not hardened would cause it to collapse.

@rogerpenna In the news article on time they mentioned she'd had hearing aids all her life but they weren't very good. So if people talked loud she could understand and know what english sounds like.
