If the end you hold it by is threaded it is a machine tap. If it has a square cross section, it is a hand tap.

Why would you need the tool to be tilted at 16.5 degrees?
I am guessing that by extending or reducing the stick out distance very fine height adjustments can be made. Or is there more to it than that?

This seems really handy, and I have found several suspicious processes. I cross referenced the port number of one, and it appears in both the Trojan list and services list
can you explain how to determine if the process is a trojan? , also how to locate it on the computer and delete it...
