New mom just trying to get back into the fitness groove.
I mostly have all my pole tricks back and am on my way to getting the ones I was working on when I got pregnant. I can do a lot of left handed spins now and do some spin mode moves I never could before so that is a plus. It's been frustrating starting from scratch again. When I first tried to pole after the baby was born (I waited 3 months) I couldn't even do a basic spin but by the end of that session I could do a few things. I have progressed pretty rapidly, considering. All in all I have been pole dancing for 3 years, seems longer. I have about 6 years of belly dance also. Around 3 years with instruction and another 3 just dancing when I feel the urge to.
