Nice shooting John. How did you manage to get a gym all to yourself, and what kind of camera are you using?

I'm a little confused. Right about the 23 to 27 second mark the offensive player spins on his pivot foot then takes a step with the non pivot foot without dribbling the ball. Please explain to me how this is not traveling.

That was Sam Riddle, right! I was about 11 going on 12 when this song came out. I'm 62 now and have it on my ipod. I imagine when you young people reach your sixties you'll have music on your ipod (or whatever they'll have then) that you grew up with as well. Interesting how history in some way...

Good idea for training young inexperienced players and players who use poor technique for shooting free throws.

What's cool about this instruction is that it will make him a better all around shooter as well, but he'll have to bend his knees for shooting away from the basket. Which is OK, because that's how I shoot my free throws, but bend my knees for shooting 15 footers+

Nice shooting. I think bending your knees is a little overrated. I just go up on my toes since I'm 62 and need knee replacement surgery. The fact that you shoot high and straight is more important than bending knees anyway.

I've join the organization and I'm looking forward to getting involved with any activities that may be coming to Calif. Meanwhile I'm practicing a couple of days a week. I like the way he says "best swishes" at the end of the video.
