Special Dispensation issued from the Office of the Christ (13th Dimension) to balance any unbalanced karma from past lives. Karma will be 100% balanced and clear. Any new karma will be taken care of instantaneously.

"As a Child of God, I revoke all Karmic Contracts from past lives effective immediately. So it is. Thank You."

A special dispensation was issued commencing in the last century which permitted each one to clear and balance a minimum of 51 percent of their past lives Karma - This is necessary or was necessary for ascension. Why 51 percent? It because anyone who has cleared 51 percent or more of his or her Karma is considered to be with the Light - anything less - still dark - and dark ones cannot ascend without the clearing.
